First and foremost my apologies for being late. All participants were each mailed a soup of beads that represented Sand or Sea. You may or may not remember I received and blogged earlier on my Sand which is shades of brown totally took me out of my comfort zone, but the fantastic bead shapes that I received I loved. So many beads and sizes I didn't just want to string them so dangles and a double stringing. I chose the solitary curved bugle bead for my focal and wired it with some of the seed beads. I wired seed beads onto head pins and began making chain and dangles. To my dangles I then added double lengths of wire stringing bead groups adding a clasp and a Necklace was Born. I hope you enjoy seeing it as much as I enjoyed creating it.

ReplyDeleteGloria - Great job on this lovely necklace! I love what you did with the curved focal bead. The stone rondelle in the dangle really added pizazz. Thanks for participating in the hop!
